Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Sonidos del Ande. By booking our experiences, you agree to the following policies, designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for both our guests and our community.

1. Payment & Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the total payment or the agreed deposit.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers through our secure digital channels.
  • Pricing: All prices are per person (unless stated otherwise) and include all workshop materials and local guides mentioned in the itinerary.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7 Days or More Before the Tour: 100% refund of the total amount (minus transaction fees from banks or payment platforms).
  • 48 Hours to 6 Days Before the Tour: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Less than 48 Hours or “No Show”: No refund will be issued.
  • Note: Cancellations must be sent in writing via email or our official WhatsApp channel.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your experience at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. There is no additional fee for the first rescheduling request.

4. Changes by Sonidos del Ande

  • Weather & Safety: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns in the Sacred Valley, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary or reschedule the session to ensure the well-being of our guests. If a mutual agreement for rescheduling cannot be reached, a full refund will be provided.

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Punctuality: Please arrive at the designated meeting point or have your pick-up ready at the scheduled time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may be considered a “No Show” to avoid affecting other participants.
  • Health & Physical Condition: Guests must inform us of any relevant health conditions or physical limitations prior to the start of the experience.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any photographs or videos taken by our team during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless the guest explicitly requests otherwise before the experience begins.
