Rate Validity

Valid from January 1 to December 31, 2026.

Services

All services provided by Sonidos del Ande are private services.


Reservation Policies

  • Reservations must be requested via email at reservas@sonidosdelande.com, with a copy to sonidosdelanderayo@gmail.com.
  • Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • The following information is required:
    • Tour name
    • Type of service (Premium / Superior)
    • Date
    • Number of passengers
    • Passenger details, including: full name, age, nationality, dietary requirements, and any other relevant information.
  • Last-minute reservations (less than 72 hours in advance) must be communicated via WhatsApp and later formalized by email.
  • Reservations requested via WhatsApp will be confirmed through that channel but must subsequently be regularized by email.

Payment and Invoicing Policies

  • Payments must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour.
  • Once payment is made, the payment receipt must be sent, indicating:
    • Tour date
    • Tour name
    • Passenger names
  • An invoice can be issued; however, please note that all rates are net and do not include VAT (IGV).
  • Payment methods are organized according to the type of receipt required.

Modification Policies

  • Reservation modifications are accepted only via email.
  • Changes are not accepted by phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
  • Modifications can be made with at least 48 hours’ notice, except for experiences outside Cuyo Chico or the Pisac Archaeological Park.
  • For experiences in Cusco or the Sacred Valley, modifications must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

No-Show, Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • If the passenger does not show up on the scheduled date and time, the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW.
  • No modifications, cancellations, or refunds are accepted within 24 hours or less before the service; in this case, it will be considered a NO SHOW.
  • Any rescheduling must be requested by email at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered a NO SHOW and 100% of the service will be charged.
  • Cancellations are accepted only via email.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation more than 15 days in advance: 100% refund, minus administrative and banking fees.
  • Cancellation up to 2 days in advance: 50% refund, minus administrative and banking fees.
  • Cancellation 1 day before the service: No refund (100% charge applies).

Responsibilities

Sonidos del Ande is not responsible for:

  • Losses or additional expenses caused by delays or issues related to transportation or services contracted independently by the client or travel agency.
  • Illness, weather conditions, strikes, social protests, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
  • Loss of personal belongings, valuables, or any damage or injury caused by negligence or actions of the visitor.

Note: If you require medication or special assistance, this must be communicated in advance before the start of the experience.
